Hi there,Sorry I had to post this. I didn't see any other contact info. I am a mkanetirg director at Sun RV Resorts and came across your blog. We are looking for RV families to connect with and tell them about our RV Resorts. If you look at our website you will see the variety. As a Mom, too, I am looking for fun ways to see the US with my kids. We just acquired a bunch of great resorts on the East Coast and Midwest and plan on buying more. January, 1999, I purchased a timarhese plan through under Epic Vacation Club, which was transferred to Sunterra and eventually fell into the hands of Diamond Resort. Each year since the inception, fees have soared unreasonably. My maintenance fee is now ONE THOUSAND DOLLARS and I am totally devastated that I have been ripped off !! Like others, I feel none of the properties has been worth the fees I have had to pay each year. This dilemma has been the bane of my existence. Please contact me if a class action suit is initiated.
1st problem: I pucheasrd this on may , I a0was suppos to get a package and points 40 days from the day pucheasrd and didn't get anything.2nd problem: I was told I would have to pay HOA dues at the end of the year , which was then changed when I called on Agust to ask about my points , they then told me I was late on my HOA s when I was never told by any one with any type of notification and was told that I had until Nov.1st to pay about $$950a03rd problem: it's October 18th and without warning or notification of any kind I went to the website to make a payment and notices that the HOAs went from about $950 to $1660 something. This is outrages !!!!!And to top it off it's going to affect my credit and I still can't even use my points and they even took the liberty to take my points and put them for next year 2013 without even telling me so now I might even have to pay a penalty to borrow them when I hadn't even transferd them in the 1st place!!!!!!!?This is unexeptable!!!!!! I hope their is a way I can get out of this mess , but If their is no way for me to walk away I would like to be involved in this law suit against them because they are just theefs !!!!!
