| | Buenos dedas Victor;Creo que partes de una psmiera erronea, lo que el CTE obliga es a una renovacif3n del aire interior, se puede utilizar un sistema hedbrido (como supongo que es el que tu contemplas en el proyecto) o ventilar de forma mece1nica garantizando unos caudales de renovacif3n. En nuestro caso, controlamos las renovaciones de aire por un sistema de ventilacif3n mece1nica de doble flujo, que posee un recuperador de calor de alta eficiencia, lo que nos permite sellar las ventanas y evitar corrientes de aire indeseado, de ahed la importancia de controlar las infiltraciones.Si se garantiza los caudales de ventilacif3n, no tienes porque dejar aireadores en las carpinteredas, que no hacen me1s que aumentar el consumo de calefaccif3n/refrigeracif3n. |
